The waterlines are not installed below the frostline.   We are still noticing frost coming up throughout the roads.  Maintenance and management are discussing this topic daily.  The water turn-on process is tentatively scheduled to begin around Wednesday the 24th of April.  However, If freezing temperatures are forecasted, we may have to adjust this date.  Once we have additional information, communications will be sent to the membership.
