- A: Water will shut off the Monday following the second Saturday of October.

- A: We have to wait until air temperatures and ground frost allow so that we don’t have water line damage from freezing. This is usually around the 3rd or 4th week in April.
- Q: What are the yearly assessments?
- A: The 2011/12 assessment total is $950.00 which is due by April 1st. An owner may choose to make installment payments of $425.00, which is due April 1st, $425.00 is due July 1st, and $100.00 is due October 1st.
- Q: Is there a guest fee?
- A: Yes. The guest fee is $2.00 per person per day. The guest fee does not apply to an owner’s parents, children or grandchildren.

- A: The meetings are normally held the 3rd Saturday of the month March through September and in October the meeting is normally the second Saturday. The annual meeting of the member is the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend.
